Welcome to a 6 week pre-natal yoga course!

A supportive and calm environment where together we will land deeply in our bodies and breath, supporting your journey into motherhood. A place to connect with yourself and your baby, your body, thoughts, and emotions. Yoga poses to support your changing body and hormones, and strengthen your mind in preparation for birth.
